This is the best grater I've EVER had. Sharp and so easy to use and clean. Watch fingers, however this grater comes with a protective glove!

I can't really remove a star, because this might just be perfect for certain uses. But when it comes to zesting a lemon, the blades stick up a little bit too much and they catch the peel too hard, making it so the lemon doesn't slide across it very well. It ends up being a bit of a choppy job, makes it difficult. But it certainly is sharp, so you'd have to be careful. I imagine it will do a great job on cheese, too bad I haven't tried that yet. But for lemons I'll stick to my O-O, if you know what I mean.

Best microplane I have owned. Larger than expected and works great in lemons as well as cheese.

I like this zester because it is wider so it doesn't get clogged like the narrow ones. The glove it comes with is nice, just too small for my large hands.

You know when an item arrives with a glove, this means it's a strong zestrer! I only use this for lemon zesting it's made for lemons in my opinion. I have another basic cheese grater model only for my Parmesan.
