Wouldn’t really recommend
I had planned to use this purchase for photo booth decorations. The round and cactus balloons were fine and blown up by helium, the fans were easy to assemble. However the balloons that spelled out fiesta you could only inflate by air because of their size, and they didn’t hold so that was really disappointing. The tassels are diy and don’t come with great instructions at all I ended up not using them because although I found a video on YouTube on how to assemble they still wouldn’t stay on the string together. Wouldn’t really recommend. I appreciated the cupcake toppers though!

Fun and bright
So I bought this product for a cinco de Mayo party at work and it was so perfect !! We loved it and it was so much fun!! It spiced up the party and made a cute photo sesh ! We kept most of it except the balloons for years to come ! Worth the price would have loved for it to include a colorful table cloth too , but that’s okay wasn’t a must !

Very festive, but beware! Balloons aren’t great quality!
These are beautiful decorations but the balloons didn’t hold air. They stayed inflated initially but some (specifically the cacti and one letter) became deflated after about 30 minutes... they don’t have to be blown up with helium, the set comes with a straw to blow each balloon up with. We tied each end with the sting supplied in the kit. Very pretty and easy to set up, just wish the balloons stayed inflated.

Waste of money
I bought this set specifically for the F I E S T A balloon's and 3 of the letters had holes and i was unable to use! The paper tassel's come with very minimal instructions and was not very easy to figure out. I would skip on this one..

some of the big balloons came with holes in it
was so happy to receive this for my best friend's shower, however , when we were ready to blow up some of the balloons, two of the big cactus balloons had holes in them, so we barely blew them up, and attached them to a backdrop that we made out of streamers! everything else, was awesome!

Tissue banner must be assembled
Nice quality set for the money--wish I would have known the banner had to be assembled, Im sure it says it somewhere but I missed that!!! lol All thumbs with paper crafts but came out ok and the colors are so bright and festive it didn't have to be perfect!!!! Balloons were high quality!!!! Could use air or helium except in the FIESTA letters--those are air only.

Lots of goodies!
Used this for my husband’s 30th bday on Cinco de Mayo - the “fiesta” sign was a hard match for the windy day. The balloons could’ve been filled with helium but we just used the straw and it was fine. The tassel banner was cute!

Easy, fun and creative
Loved these decorations. Two balloons came popped but it was okay. I used the. For the back drop! I loved it and everything was easy to make!
