Twinkle Star Gooseneck Floor Lamp Dimmable LED Standing Lamp, Reading Lamp for Living Room

Admittedly I had doubts about the quality of this light at this price. But I'm happy to say that this floor lamp far surpassed my low initial expectations.It's easy to assemble - simply screw together the half-dozen sections, the ends of which are threaded; attach the base (a little tricky for one person but doable); and plug it into a 120V outlet.I needed light in the corner of my work area but required a floor lamp due to limited desktop area. I've tried several different LED lights but all provided dim light even on the highest setting.This lamp has three light levels (thought the description said five...) and even the lowest setting is brighter than the highest of any of the others I tried.If I have anything negative to say about this product it's that the touch switch control is super, SUPER, sensitive. I sometimes cycle through the settings multiple times. But that's the only complaint I can dream up.Also, I thought the base, although pretty heavy, might be too small but the lamp feels very stable. Even in a 75 year old house with hardwood floors there's very little movement when I'm walking around - and I'm no lightweight.If you haven't noticed, I'm really pleased with this lamp! For the product quality, stability, and the illumination performance at all levels, I do not think there's a better floor lamp for the money.

I'm very happy with this lamp. In fact, I bought a second one. I use them as lighting for my online teaching. They are good for behind my desk where they will not be bumped by myself or my dog. I would hesitate putting them anywhere they may be bumped as they seem a little top-heavy due to the small size of the base. Fortunately, it looks like they would not break even if knocked over. Easy assembly. Easy use (just touch the button on the back for low, medium, bright, and off.) Low setting is still pretty bright so not ideal for bedtime. They are LED so they do not get hot. The look just like the photo, so not a fashion statement. The power cord is not very long but sufficient. All-in-all, I would (and did) buy again.

I wanted something modern, simple, durable, and easy to manipulate in the right direction for reading.I took a shot at this product because locally my efforts to find anything comparable at even close to the low priceconvinced me everything else is overpriced and old-fashioned.When the box arrived, I had it assembled w/o looking at the instructions in less than 5 minutes (and I hate assembly usually).There is no button to push!I can practically wave my hand over the top and the light instantly alights. Low night light/medium reading level/bright but not harsh top setting.I'm 73 and the medium level works perfectly.Very few things I buy completely satisfy my requirements the way this 2-way lamp does.The design is efficient and clashes with nothing around it.I thought I was going to have to over-spend on a reading lamp - but I was wise enough not to.I highly recommend this product.

I bought this to have near my washer/dryer in my basement. It's a bit dark in my basement and needed some extra light to ensure I'm not missing any clothing at the bottom of the washer or dryer. I like this unit. The power button is touch sensitive so you just have to run your finger over the spot - no pushing buttons or flipping switches. It's got three levels of brightness, which can be a useful feature. The gooseneck allows for adjustability where light is aimed. The base is a little small and so feels a little flimsy, but it hasn't tipped over at all. It's a little shorter than I would have preferred, but was among the tallest I was able to find.All in all, I've been quite happy with this little floor lamp.

I purchase one of these light for my 92 year old mother. She keeps it behind her recliner so that it goosenecks over the top of her chair and help her read. It has been so good for her. The light has several brightness selections and is very easy for her to reach to turn on and off.Now my mom had me order another one of these for her friend as a Christmas gift because her friend keeps commenting on how much she would love one of these for herself.

This lamp is perfect for where I wanted to put it. I like to either bead or crochet and the nearest light next to my chair just wasn’t giving me enough light. When I ordered the lamp, I was hoping it would be tall enough to go behind my recliner and at the same time not so big that it would look odd by the chair. I couldn’t have found a better lamp! It’s light weight but, has a very sturdy base. The lamp’s different choices of brightness is very easy to change with just a tap on top of the lamp. Other lamps that are made for the purpose of doing crafts can be pretty pricey. I think this lamp does just as well giving plenty of light when needed. The lamp is bendable so it can be adjusted as needed. I am more than pleased with my purchase of this lamp!

I could never see in the corner where I sit, so I wanted to get a light to help me with this issue. I didn’t want to spend a lot of money right now and came across this. It definitely has fixed my problem. It has three brightness levels, I can rech up while sitting and reach the button to turn it on and change brightness. It’s more of a light, I think for an office or something, but I like it and it’s doing the job perfectly. At some point I might put it in a different room and put a pretty one in the living room but, for now I’m happy.
