KISMET Hair, Skin & Nails Nutritional Support & Cleansing Supplement Vitamin

This is the third hair growth formula I"ve ordered from Amazon. (Hair Omega 3 and Das Gro were the other 2.) I've heard that Saw Palmetto is good for fine and thinning hair and all 3 of these supplements have it. I can't tell a difference yet, but most reviews say it takes up to 4 months to really notice a change. I am in my 3rd month of using these products, so maybe it's too soon to know how well they are actually working.

I have a problem with my nails, they are always like breaking and the top Lauer is peeling off and it's pretty Yuck! I have also noticed that when I brush my hair or take a shower the amount of hair I have to clean up after...also a big Yuck! So I was very excited to try these, so far I have noticed a nice difference in my nails, it's almost like when I was pregnant and taking prenatal vitamins, you know how nice your hair and nails get...well these seem to be working just like that! My nails are stronger, not chipping or breaking, and my hair is shiny and fuller it seems! VERY happy with this product so far!!!!

It hasn't been long enough to see how well this works for helping with the hair growth, but will share some initial thoughts. First, if have something like male pattern baldness or something, this likely won't help. There are 2 types of hair losses and one is genetic and very difficult to remedy without more extreme measures. This is more for those with thinning hair and the other type of hair losses that might come with aging. My hair used to be very thick, but has grown thin over time so I wanted to try this and I really hope it works. One con is it is a tablet and even a little on the big side, so if don't like taking pills or have a hard time swallowing bigger pills, this could be an issue. It is not just for hair, but supposed to help with skin and nails too, so it makes me wonder if it is like the gummy vitamins I have taken before that are supposed to help with healthy hair, skin, and nails, but those didn't advertise to help with hair growth, so will see how it goes. While the pills are a little big, there is an upside to them. I purposely and cautiously kept it on my tongue long enough to taste it so I wouldn't be caught unawares with a bad taste if ever had trouble swallowing it. In my opinion it has a great taste to it. Sort of a natural grain taste that is slightly sweet and it is pretty smooth on the surface making it still easy enough to swallow despite its size. So even if have a little trouble swallowing it down, it shouldn't leave you gagging with an awful taste in your mouth. If doesn't help enough with hair growth issue like it should, hoping it still helps hair, skin, and nails to be healthier, though my nails are at least pretty good without any help. I may edit this later when taken them longer to report any progress.

I have taken this for almost 4 months and I have not seen any change. I also was having right upper quadrant discomfort when I was taking this.I believe I was patient to wait 4 months and it was clear to me that it was affecting my liver. I had to stop it!

So far so good! This bottle has great ingredients that will help with my hair loss. I've always had some issues with hair growth and I'm always looking for supplements that will help me.The bottle says to take 2 pills per day, which this only gives you a 2 week supply.The pills are somewhat larger than normal but they aren't hard to swallow, and if you happen to have an issue you can just break them in half.Its to soon to tell if I've had noticeable results but I will update my review.

This product is expensive compared to other options and after taking it for several months I saw no improvement.

I got this for a family friend, who is sadly losing his hair. He has been taking this for a few days. He says that there is mild growth in his bald spots. He hopes that the hair continues to grow. So far, there is about a centimeter of hair where there was no hair before. His wife loves that it is all natural ingredients. He reports that the pills are easy to swallow and don’t leave a bad aftertaste.

I bought my first bottle, which is good for HALF a month, and was looking forward to continuing with it; however, the price has doubled since I last purchased, so I'll be looking for alternatives.
