Boseong's annual average temperature is 13.4 degree and annual average rainfall reaches 1,400mm. And misty days happen very often, 89 days in a year. It provides enough water for tea plants to thrive while providing shade against sunlight. Amino acid theanine is related with delicious tastes of green tea. This natural mist let theanine be created in the leaf.

Makes great tea and baked goods!
I try not to buy Japanese product after the Fukushima nuclear disaster. Also, any food products from China, I just do not trust. So my next best bet is Korean products. I previously bought different brand of Korean matcha powder, but this is one of the best matcha tea ever that's from Korea. I make straight matcha tea, and also use this to make green tea muffins, cookies, pound cakes. Love it!

It's okay
I liked that SunDaWon matcha powder dissolves easily in hot water. I prepare my matcha tea with hot almond milk mixed with the wisked matcha powder in hot water. The problem that I did have was that it took twice as much matcha to get the buzz I had been getting with the Japanese matcha. So, it didn't turn out to be such a good value.

Flavorful but NOT-so-green match green tea
The product I received was within the "use by" date and is very flavorful, however it is not as "Green" other products that I've used in the past. In fact it has a slight greenish-brown color to it. Regardless, the flavor is on point and never bitter. The subtle aromatics are great! I would buy this product again and would recommend to anyone if all you're looking to do is drink some matcha and if you do not mind the off-color of the product. If the color of the product is essential for you or you're doing this for ceremonial purposes, I would NOT recommend this product and actually dissuade you from it.

Arrived timely, I have used it to make hot tea and smoothies, mixes well. Be careful not to add to much for hot tea, it upset my stomach.
