As a leadership and executive coach, I'm constantly looking for cutting edge materials to offer my clients. When I came across Danah's, 'The Quantum Leader' and began digesting her insights, another point in the quantum field poked up into the world, calling to me. a new view in Leadership

I have purchased this book for my own understanding of the Quantum principles & the characteristics of the Quantum leader. I must congratulate Dana for such an insightful book where she has not only challenged the older concepts of management but has shown the path to all the organisations, how to move forward in this VUCA environment.About all the concepts i really liked the motivation scale principles, which has helped me for self awareness & how to come out from a negative motivation.thanks
