If I could give it a 0, I would. There’s a reason the ask you to be patient. This product doesn’t work as advertised, doesn’t connect to the app for gps and isn’t able to answer a phone call. I’ve requested help from the seller, they replied once, but their suggestion didn’t work and I haven’t heard from them since. Don’t waste your money!

It is extremely hard to set this up, the instructions are not helpful at all!!
