Adaptive Coaching: The Art and Practice of a Client-Centered Approach to Performance Improvement Paperback – September 11, 2012

A great book for the coach in training (or still studying at uni). Useful, easy to understand and solid source of knowledge written by people who know their stuff.

I like how the writers focused on the coach and coached. It wasn't so much learning a process as creating authentic connections. While it discussed the content of relationship building it reflected on what the coach can learn. I found the book interesting and helpful.

For my classes in coaching. A good grade resulted.
