The best part of the mat is the pens are water based. which means there is no ink involved and kids can play safely without adult supervision. The best part of this is there is no need to erase the board as the board will automatically erase after sometime. My daughter loves this product and will but one more for friend's kid birthday.

Entertaining and worry free
Let em draw with the only potential mess being water. Whoever came up with it is a geenus. Each quadrant of the map only has one color but it is still very nice. You can easily fold it up and take it somewhere with you

Water marks left when dry after 1st use
Had a lot of foam shapes but they are only good for tracing not stamping. Also after my kids used it the first time we let it dry and it had water marks or spots all over it
