My daughter is a goalie, so we have a lot of goalie shirts and bought this set to use at practice so she wouldn't beat up her uniform shirts. She loves the color of this shirt, since most of ones she has are neon green. She said the arm padding, however, is really disappointing. One hour of diving to the ground, and she said the arm padding was useless, and it felt like there was nothing there. The shorts she said she did notice a little bit of a difference, but she normally has no padding in her short!
