There’s two parts to these. The flavor, and the effectiveness.The flavor is ok but not excellent. But many people buy energy drinks that taste like gasoline, and accept the flavor because they work.The effectiveness is where these nuggets really shine. If you’re somewhere and can’t eat, like at work, or you’re where there’s no good nutrients, like the mall, one will help you hold off until you can get ahold of some real food.I like to keep a couple in my bag, for ‘emergencies’ but they’re also great for camping/hiking energy snacks, and for bypassing unhealthy snacking in the evening.They’re also good for those times you have a meal and can’t figure out how to get the needed fat in.Sometimes I drop one into coffee and let it melt, and then enjoy it. And it holds me over til mealtime.They don’t really taste top notch, but that’s because we aren’t used to eating food in these combinations.

They deliberately chose not to make these with the sweetness or other flavors dominating, so it would be wrong to hold it against these.By 'not dramatic', I mean mildly flavored.And totally filling - I don't feel the need to eat for many hours after, and I suspect, neither will you, because of the high fat content. But it doesn't greasily stuff me, either. A couple of days a week, this is my breakfast.It seems the triple variety pack is the best value.

So, I bought the variety pack and tried one of each. Took one bite and had to toss it in the trash. Very salty and a texture I just can not seem to get passed. So, I am sad these didn't work out as these will go into the trash unless I can think of somehow to combine them with something else to off-set the salt.

I was so excited to get this product, but so disappointed with the first bite of the chocolate fat bomb. It tasted terrible, not the creamy chocolate I was expecting. The other one was too gritty & didn’t taste good either. I suggest working on these more before marketing them. Good luck!

These are tasty but we have had repeated problems with our orders arriving melted/smashed, with the bags covered in grease. I think these are a great snack but I cant count on them being shipped correctly.

Chalky with no flavor at all. I bought these prior to reading reviews which isn’t my norm. These are awful. Almost the texture of a homemade bar of soap. The previous reviews were unfortunately right.

Arrived melted @ 91 degrees. Will never order again.

The chocolate and berry cheesecake are disgusting! They leave a nasty artificial taste in your mouth. Way over sweetened. Will never buy those two again. The macadamia was pretty good. Will definitely buy macadamia again.
