Not what it should be
The cream was a completely different colour to what it should be. It should be a white ish colour but this had a completely different yellow / orange colour and a completely different smell. Not the first time it has happened. I shouldn’t have bought it from here again to be honest. The bottle and everything was different … sticker, font etc. for some reason I have 5 empty bottles still and I compared ALL of them with this one and it was the only one that was different. When I put it on my skin it was itching all over after about 1 minute. The texture was off and sunk straight into the skin. Completely the opposite of what it should be. Disappointing. Would like a refund.

Almost expired.
Product is one month away from expiry and has a strange colour. I have used this cream for years and have never seen it look like this, obviously it has nearly expired. Disappointing.

is it genuine?
I would like to know if this is a genuine product as it has stickers over the original packaging, which states it is distributed from USA and the sticker says Paris.I am not happy that this is not clearly stated why. There are also no use by dates on the jars. So I would like a refund as I am not convinced they are genuine.
