Wireless Charger for Tesla Model 3, EEIEER Tesla M3 Center Console Charging Pad with Dual USB Ports, Dual Phones Charging

Probably one of the best price out there for wireless charging for your Tesla M3. It comes with two USB splitter cables so after hooking it up you still have two extra USB ports that you can use whatever you want, such as dash cam and another charging port if you would want to.Installation was very easy and straightforward. As you can see from the pictures, it looks and feels very sturdy. If you ask me, I would said the new platform looks better than the rubber platform that came with Tesla.If after you have installed everything and if the dash cam usb doesn't work then you just have to switch the ends of the USB splitter. For example, the USB end that goes to the WiFi dock now go to dash cam USB stick and dash cam USB end goes to the WiFi dock.The last thing you probably wonder about is how are the charging between this WiFi pad vs straight connection from Tesla. I have tested multiple trips using my iPhone X this is the result. Direct connection has 18% charged from 35 minutes (roughly 0.5% per minute) vs this WiFi pad has 12 % from 28 minutes (roughly 0.43% per minute). As you could see, it doesn't have much of a different BUT you gain the convenience of charging. Just toss your phone on the pad and it should automatically charge instead of tumbling trying to find where the port under your phone to connect every time.

Works great BUT using the splitters was REQUIRED on my Model 3 Performance for it to work (car build date April/2019) ...won't work without the splitters (which are included).Plug splitters into car's USB ports with thin wire side of splitter to this charger ...and the thick wire side to use for your thumb drive or other USB devices

This is a fast charge (wireless charging) for your Tesla Model 3. It installs easily, comes with two USB splitter cables so you configure it how you like (enables up to two extra USB ports) and works well! It can take up only one USB port, so still use a front console USB port for your flash drive, enabling TeslaCam.I have personally charged a Galaxy S8 and an iPhone 8 at the same time on this pad. Little LED lights illuminate steadily when each side of the pad is in use and charging. The kit comes with two different types of 3M adhesion for those who want to use that to hold it in place--I haven't had to do that, as it sits firmly where the old pad comes out and is rattle-free.Finally, the price is right. This piece of tech cost me half of what others are charging out there. Simply a great, must have item for your Model 3, at a great price.

Received the item today and installed it immediately. All took under 5 mins to set up. What I like about it:- The pad fits nicely in the space. It came with four sticky foam pads that holds the pad in place and does not slide around or rattle.- The package came with two USB splitter cables so you still have front USB ports available to use. In my case I plugged in a USB drive for front camera recording and sentry mode, and I did not notice any errors.- it has a divider in between two phones and also a raised lip for the phones to sit on so they won’t slide into the storage compartment. This feature alone is 10x better than the Jeda pad it replaced.- Charging speed is decent. Charged 3% with 5 mins of driving. I was able to charge with the phone case on.Overall I’m happy with the purchase. Save yourself some $$ with this product comparing to Nomad!

The charger does its job as advertised. Unfortunately, the USB splitters are not great. While these accessories do route data to only one (and power to both) of the USB ports, the setup can lead to problems when connecting other USB devices (like memory cards). If you plan on using data devices, I suggest getting a small (and low power) USB hub instead.Back to the pads themselves. I have some Qi testing equipment which show that both pads are fully compliant with the QI standard. You will not need to worry about damaging your devices or batteries with them.

I love the sleek look of this (no messy cables)and the ease of just dropping my phone onto the platform, but it is not as fast charging as I would normally like. The nice thing is that it does free up a USB slot for a thumb drive to use with Tesla cam Plus I would have preferred to see the charging activation light in the upper left and right corner of the charging platform so that I don’t have to crane my head to verify it’s charging. Otherwise I highly recommend so far. I have been using this for almost 2 months.

Installed this charging pad earlier today. Very simple to install - 2 mins. Haven’t gotten a chance yet to try along with other utilities such as usb recording. But placed two iPhones on pad and they both charged at a good expected rate. The pad lights up when charging the phone so that’s nice. The phones did warm up a little bit so I expect if you place it on for a good 30-40 mins, they might be a bit hot to hold.

Going to have to return. EXTREMELY Disappointed as it seemed to be doing the job but yesterday I noticed the power was on and off and the phone was not even closed to being charged. had to give it 4 starts for easy to install but honestly you'll want to use a 12v high wattage adapter if you want to fast charge which means you'll need to pop off the side of the console and have a longer wire.
