Works great with the prongs. My dogs are catching on quick. Usually the vibrate is all that’s needed. They see the remote in my hand now and are angels lol.Just one thing I really dislike. If the remote times out and the backlight goes out, you have no way of knowing which dog it is set to. You have to push one of the commands to light up the remote. So the dog it’s set to at the time gets vibrated or buzzed. If that dog in the setting didn’t misbehave it’s not fair that dog gets punished for no reason. I’ve tried everything to get around doing that but it seems there is no fix.

I will take partial blame for my issue. In the description of this correction system it states, "The remote also features a dual channel to support training 2 dogs simultaneously." I took this as the remote would give you the option to send a correction to collar #1, or collar #2, or BOTH (simutaneously), at the same time. It does not. I chatted with their online support who didn't have a clue and told me I would have to contact the manufacture direct to get a direct answer to my question! I even asked if I could pair both collars to the same channel if I wanted to send a corrections to both collars at the same time if the remote will not accommodate the simutaneously feature. And they could not answer that either. I am on my own to experiment. It appears to be a good quality product, but dosn't appear to provide the options for correction like Dog Widgets Correction Collars do. I wish I would have bought Dog Widgets Correction Systems.

Purchased these collars for my two Cockapoo's and they started out fine. Put away when moving and when I brought them back out as dogs were stressed snd barking at everything they heard, unfortunately one of the collars no longer works! No clue why and getting tired of switching collar from one dog to the other! Money down the drain! Only got 3 months use out of them and didn't use slot as they worked, now one doesn't! 😥😡

Have 2 lab pups I use these on and they wrestle and fight biting on to them and they have l with stood all that and even jumped in the lake with it one and it was fine.

Pnly had to use for 2 weeks max. Trained 2 german shepherds, both 13 months within a week or so. They stay in the yard and no longer use the collars! Proud puppy mom and dad!😁Never had to go past 3, they learned quick! It takes you tovteach, colkar is its own training tool. Work together❤

So I originally gave this product 5 stars, recommended it to several friends-who purchased them. One of them started having problems with the shock function. He thought maybe it wasn’t strong enough. I started having problems intermittently, now it doesn’t work at all. How do I know it isn’t working as compared to no longer strong enough. Because I tried it on myself. I contacted Amazon customer service, who directed me to seller. Send an mail and give them two business days to respond. It’s been several days, nothing yet. So I canI can’t have my puppies running out into the road, so I’m going to order from another seller and leave this for anyone else. BTW I’ve only had these collars a couple of months...

Bought the same product 2 years ago to train my English Setter for hunting (tracking, trailing, scenting, snake-proofing etc.).Worked so well in every condition that when I gave that set to my business partner. The replacement set I recieved had an upgraded buckle clip which was a vast improvement (the old set was like a belt-buckle setup).

I really like this product. We had other training collars and they didn’t work the greatest. This works really well and if it wasn’t for how smart my dogs are ( I guess they figured out if I don’t have a charger for the collars I want be able to use it because they chewed up my charger). I am currently looking for a replacement charger and then everything will be perfect with these dog training collars.
