I am trying to be fair but I cannot really rate this high at all. The mouthguards have very strong chemical smell, even worse was that I cannot get it molded properly because it shrunk so fast. I was able to manage to get one mold ok, but still too big and bulky for me to wear at night. Overall very bad experience. I would not recommend this at all.

Item packaging and online description states that four guards (two each of two sizes) and instructions are included. That was my experience. Only three guards arrived and no instructions. Box wasn’t sealed and the items seemed to be crammed inside causing it to bulge.

My husband was suffering from a TMJ problem, so we decided to buy this and try it out! Unfortunately the comfort level wasn't the best for him, and he wasn't able to sleep with the mouth guard in for extended periods at a time. When he did wear it for a few hours at a time, he did say his jaw was feeling a lot better.

I tried this as a night guard replacement. It didn’t work so well for me. Instructions were easy to follow but I could not get the right fit. Ended up at dentist for a much more expensive night guard for grinding.Did not try for whitening tray.

You can custom cut to make it fit. This item works for grinding.

Great product! Easy to mold to your teeth and no jaw pain after using it.
