These help me get about 1-2 more hours of sleep than I was getting without them. I was averaging 3-4 hours per night without them, with them, I get 5-6, on a good night, 7! I am 53, and perimenopause os giving me a fit with my sleep. I will continue using these. I am a little sleepy on some days when waking up, so I have to give myself a little caffeine boost, but I was doing that anyway, so I'd rather be at least getting better sleep.

I have been using the natures bounty sleep gummies every night for over a year now and while the flavor remains pleasantly sweet and fruity, and they do still help regulate my sleep patterns and help me fall and stay asleep, the last two bottles I've received the gummies have gotten really hard after breaking the seal (which they didn't used to). In previous purchases it would only be the last 10 or so gummies whose texture had changed but now its pretty the whole bottle after the first few nights.

I have repurchased this from here and I take one every evening to help me fall asleep! Much better than taking advil pm. They are pleasant tasting too!

Actually works

Worked great for me. So I took these to stay asleep. I’ve always been able to fall asleep but I wake up through the night all night long. I wear a running watch that tracks my sleep and I’m aware how often I toss and turn. After 2 months of using, I’m now able to go to sleep without taking melatonin and sleep through the night. I’d call this a win! I also never took the full dose. I only took 1 gummy to 1.5 gummy a night. I never needed 2 gummies- a small dose seemed to work for me. I was surprised how long it would take to work if I was using it to get to sleep. It sometimes takes 2-3 hours to work so you need to take these several hours before bedtime if your using to fall asleep or an hour before bedtime to stay sleep. I will say, these don’t make you drowsy or feel foggy in the morning. They are pretty great.

I like this brand of gummies however these certain ones are hard to chew. I believe that they make them a little softer almost like a starburst people would take more vitamins. I'm not sure how the melatonin part works because I suffer from chronic insomnia but I will say they do help you to relax.

They work as all the melatonin products do. I take one most nights and get to sleep. Sometimes I take two (which is recommended dosage) if I don’t have to get up early. After the first 15 or so nights, the gummies got rubbery and lost most flavor. They still work, just hard to chew. Other brands are better.
