It was quick and easy and left my hair looking beautiful and shiny. I recommend it to people who like natural looking curls. My hair is naturally completely straight and I only curled the bottom 2/3 and it looked awesome.

Don't waste your money on this curling iron. My arrived late and after using it for a about a week it sounded like there was a short in it then it got very hot and stopped working. Still trying to return it.

Easy to use with beautiful results... unless someone gets real close to you. I have really thick coarse hair and this thing works perfectly well, curling my hair uniformly and leaving a shiny perfect curl. But I smell like burnt toast. For days. The crispiness doesn't even wash out the first time. It took a double shampoo to make it clean-er. I cannot imagine what finer hair ladies do with this or if they fare better because they take less time to curl? I've experimented and tried my best but it's rough. Looking for something similar to replace with temperature control options. Good luck, tho!

I just opened the box and used it without washing my hair . My hair was a little greasy but it still curled . The barrel is quite hot one needs to be a little careful . The curls came out pretty well . Maybe with more practice and taking small sections will have a excellent result . However I am at the moment very happy with this product. however I have yet to find out how long it will last .

Once i got the hang of it, it was easy to use. Made soft curls and did not hurt my hair. Good quality

I ordered this product several years ago and loved it. One of the buttons quit working so I clicked on my orders and reordered the product. It took almost two months to receive. It is not the quality of my old one. The buttons don't line up with the holes and the thing barely spins. Directions are in Chinese.......enough said.

Hair keeps sliding around iron because nothing to hold it.

Not what I expected for sure , I thought it would be easier then the chi hair curler but nope it was easy but DOES NOT do what’s its supposed to ! It didn’t keep my hair in it and failed miserably at curling it. I’ve never had a problem attaining curls wetter it be hot curlers , curling iron , chi. This is worth the money for 30 more you can get something way better. My only regret is not trying it sooner I missed my return window.
