Magnolia Kitchen: Inspired Baking with Personality Hardcover – June 13, 2019

This book is awesome, personal, open, recipes are great, approaches are simple but amazing, covering allergy free options too. Best chocolate cake recipe. I also appreciate that the experience is coming from the huge running business, it’s a perfect mix of real but personal. Please please whatever happens publish more books!!!

Overall the cookbook is a gem, with great anecdotes and wonderful recipes. I have struggled with macarons before, with hollow shells and no feet, and her step by step, picture driven process helped me produce the best ones I have ever made. Her flavor combinations are amazing, I have made the brownies, salted caramel, etc. I am going to try her brioche donuts next, and I am so excited. I would recommend this cookbook to anyone more comfortable with baking that would like to try new techniques and flavors, and her humor and personality sprinkled through the book just lends a charming touch.

Bets is a freaking genius. Whether you want to read through this and have it for a coffee table book, or actually make the recipes (which I HIGHLY recommend) it's a great book. I had to wait nearly a year for it to come out on Amazon US, which I was sad about but it was SO WORTH THE WAIT. I can't wait for her second one which comes out in November 2020, so I'll be seeing it sometime in 2021.I have made a few of the recipes from here and they're all amazing. Bets is so creative and her work is stunning! It's even more amazing because she is self-taught. I have followed her on IG for a few years now watching her grow her business and to be able to have the recipes that I can make at home (since she's in NZ) is so great. Her cafe is definitely on my Places To Go list (when other countries let us in again).

Bernadette Gee is a woman who is honest in her speech and cooking. The recipes are really good and they work. Made the brioche scrolls, chocolate cake, and lemon loaf and am really happy with the results. Highly recommend this cookbook for the hilarious writing, useful baking tips, and well-crafted recipes.

I thought this was Jonna gains book. So I was very disappointed. Although, I did enjoy this cookbook and learned even more things. While there are alot of good recipes and information the print is way to small and hard to read. Especially with bad eye sight. Not found of the use of the f bomb use alot in this book. While I do appreciate her story, she should have left that out. Children read these books too.

This book is so interesting, practical and has very easy steps to follow.I love how she writes to hear readers like we’ve been friends forever.She gives a lot of variety and options for different dietary restrictions too.You can talk this book is personal to her.The recipes are easy to follow, the tools needed and references are on point.

Fell in love with the author on instagram and her book was just as awesome and full of personality. Tried 4 of the recipes in the first two weeks and every single one came out perfectly - even the macarons. Very entertaining read - cover to cover was great fun. Can't wait to knock even more recipes out.

It started with the cover. What a beautiful cover. That cake is gorgeous. The recipes all have back stories and plenty of tips. I really appreciated that she had the conversations from the metricsystem to help us metricly challenged Americans. This book also had pictures of the recipes and they were gorgeous! This is a must have book!

It was on my list for so long and I finally ordered it. Great recipes, easy to follow!

This book has a lot of key recipes for every baker. And so many important tips and secrets. I absolutely adore this gem.
