Support has been great
Update: Support sent me a new cord and that has fixed the issue. Thank you so much!Bought in March of 2023, it randomly stopped charging correctly throughout September of 2023 and died today October 3rd 2023.Used it since the first day I got it back in March. Contacted Blackvue and Blackvue won’t help, told me to contact the vendor. However here on Amazon, it says I am no longer allowed to return or exchange it ending up with a $330 junk of a paperweight.

So far works great
Haven't used it too much yet, but it wasn't too hard to install.Paired it up with a Thinkware U1000 dual dash camera set up.Cables were great length.USB port is for sure nice if you want to charge things but not run your car.Fuse tester seems fragile. The wire comes out a hole on the end, but isn't fixed to anything. So if you pull too hard you can pop the wire off the connector by the light bulb. I added a bit of tape on the end to hold it. Though you will have to move the tap off later if you ever need to get inside to the light bulb due to the screw on and off plastic handle.

Great Battery for cars with sensitive computers!
I have been running a BlackVue DR750S-2CH in my car for around a year. I originally had it hardwired straight to my fuse box with a power magic pro. This originally worked great but I noticed that because it used the car's battery, the computer on my Volvo S60 thought there was a drain and would always state Low Battery everytime I would start it. It was a minor inconvenience which this battery solves it as my dashcam will run on the separate battery. I was able to reset the computer and after running this for a week, I don't have that issue anymore so I highly recommend anyone with a European based car to get one of these. Also the battery life is as stated and I got a little over 20 hours with WiFi/GPS on my dashcam which is great. Because this battery uses lithium iron phosphate, it charges really quickly and because my commute is 35 minutes, the battery charges in no time when hardwired to the fuse box. Although if you use the 12 volt adaptor, it does take longer. Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase of this battery and will probably buy the expansion. Only minor complaint was that it is a bit bigger than expected so I had to wire the battery inside my glovebox as it wouldn't fit under my seat in my car (amplifier and ecm). But it works great and for my car, I didn't even have to drill any holes which is a plus.

Expensive but does what it's supposed to do
I've had a good experience with this battery so far. I've got mine hardwired to a switched fuse and powering a BlackVue DR900S-2CH camera set. Overall I'm more happy with it than I thought I might be, especially given the price.I previously had one of BlackVue's PowerMagic Pro for the OBDII port and it was fine - but I think it was damaging my battery over time - even on the highest voltage switch setting. This battery is a better option overall for parking mode coverage. The GoodBattery Life: I was expecting a pretty big hit running a dual camera setup but from the timing I've been looking at the estimated life left, it's been averaging around the estimated 20-21 hours of backup time. This is more than enough to get through a standard work week for me. And I'm "fortunate" enough to have about a 20-25 minute commute each way so it keeps the battery pretty much topped up just going back and forth to work and running errands over the weekend.Charging Time: You'll definitely want to hardwire this. If you're trying to recharge this from the 12V plug, it's going to take a lot of driving. With the hardwire connection, it is close to the 40 min estimated time in the listing. I'd say it's just a hair longer than that at maybe 45-50 minutes from dead - but still pretty quick.Good App: The app is simple but it works well and provides real time info. I can even connect to it from inside the house to check the battery level (when I was trying to gauge the remaining life). I would like to see this integrated into the regular BlackVue app so I don't have to have two apps, but it's not too big of a deal. The MehSize: This thing is not small and it's not light, and there was no clean place that I could install it in my footwells (2016 4Runner). I ended up velcroing it to the top of the inside of my glovebox. Thankfully there's a little removable door on the side of my glovebox so I could run the cables right into without drilling. And I can still access my cabin air filter panel without removing the battery. If you're going to mount it upside down, I would recommend tossing out the included velcro strips and replacing with something like 3M's Dual Lock heavy duty fastener instead.Connections: Well, one connection is annoying for me, really. This should really come with a cable to directly wire a BlackVue camera without using the 12V cig lighter plug. That just takes up even more space where you're mounting it and provides a potential failure point for your connection - you may want to consider taping this up with some electrical tape to keep secure. I'm sure the 12V connector is included to make it compatible with a lot of other cameras, but this is a BlackVue product, for this price, it should come with a direct wire to connect the camera. That's probably it. I don't think there's really "bad" about this... other than the price. I'd definitely recommend it if you're looking for a solid backup solution for parking mode.

Almost perfect
Installing dash cams in cars isn't without its flaws, particularly in the department of powering the dash cams without depleting the starter battery. After all, what use is a dash cam if you can't drive the car after a day or two. This product was recommended to me by Black vue, as the previous product they sold is no longer sold (Power Magic Pro), for my DR900S-1CH. It is pretty neat having the ability to tap an always-on fuse in tandem with an ACC fuse, so as to not deplete the battery, however that feature is lost if you don't have a compatible dash cam -- such as my DR900S, an older dash cam from black vue. No matter, I didn't mind this -- I just have it tapped into the head unit which automatically turns off after 15 minutes of walking away from my car. One flaw that I was a little bit disappointed with, was the fact that it doesn't connect to the cloud in the same way as the dash cam does, so the battery percentage remaining isn't displayed on-app without being within eye-sight of the battery. The only indication I get that the battery is depleted, is if my camera disconnects from the cloud -- at which point it will be too late to do anything about it. In terms of form factor, it is also quite large for the battery capacity, but that could be due to the type of battery it contains -- needing to be quite flexible in temperature and fast charge/discharge. Overall, I'm happy, but I can see room for improvement in a lot of ways.
