Good board, good speed and board feel but some quirks though.
To start off I would like to say that I have been a traditional longboarder for about 6 years now, and purchasing this board was my first step into the e-longboard scene. I weigh 175 lbs and use the board more as a fun way to get to coffee shops and ride on my days off- not a daily commuter by any means. In this review I will go over some of the Pros, Cons, and Additional thoughts of the board after about roughly 30 mi of use.PROS:Many different riding modes- being able to start someone off with a single motor on the beginner mode, then move them to dual motors, then change to the fast mode with one motor, then lastly fast mode with dual motors is nice and provides a nice learning curve.speed- On average top out at 22 MPH but I have hit 25 MPH on downhillsAcceleration- there is a noticeable difference between the single and dual motor acceleration. When on dual motor you have to lean forward to avoid being thrown off, but if you do its very smooth but powerful.Wheels- The wheels are large and will take you over larger cracks than you think you can. I have even gone over railroad tracks.Deck- the deck has dedicated places for your feet to be positioned and it locks you in like crazy. the angles get very aggressive at those points and there is no way your gonna slip off unless you want to.Customer service- After only an hour or two riding I had an issue with the board that I contacted the customer service about, and they quickly responded to me and are taking care of my issue- very professional.CONS:BRAKES- This is important, if there is anything you read from this review let it be this. DO NOT SLAM BACK ON THE BRAKES. The brakes are very touchy and they are even more touchy at higher speeds. I have fallen off due to going downhill too quickly, and as I was applying the brakes as slowly as I could they kicked in very sharply and sent me into a speed wobbly nightmare. Brake slowly, early and carefully. At slower speeds however the brakes are great and can be handled very easily with a little bit of practice.Charging time- It does take a long time to get to a full charge. 3-5 hours is about right. usually its closer to 3 however.Weight- This board is heavy and doesn't really have a great way to carry it. The best way I have found is holding the board by the front trucks and 'walking' it behind you.WEIRD STUFF:A couple weird quirks have happen to me while owning the board that I would like to share. The first being the issue I had to take to customer service I mentioned earlier, my motor started to rattle. It was very noticeable and happened very quickly after testing the board for the first time. the board still seems to perform fine; however, the rattle should not happen at all, nevermind after a first test ride. This issue happened right before I began writing this review. I had gone 6 miles on a 9 mile trip on a well paved trail using the single motor, and I was still reading 50% left on the battery. To speed up the last 3 miles of my trip I switched the board into dual motors and went on my way, but after about a minute of riding the board died as if it has lost all of its battery. This was very annoying as i had to kick push for 3 miles (you DO NOT want to kick push this board its heavy and high off the ground)The USB Cover covered the port extremely well- very snug. However it is so snug that one time I was tugging to get it off and the whole rubber cover came off the board. A mild inconvenience but all I did was put the rubber cover back into the port and it stays there no problem.FINAL THOUGHTS:The board is a good electric longboard, but it does have its issues. The braking in my mind being the biggest issue by far combined with the little issues I have had with it make me give it a 4 out of 5 stars. The range isn't exactly as they claim, and yet I can understand because they don't expect people to go full throttle the entire ride and weight 175. The speed however is spot on to their claims and the acceleration is great. I would recommend this board to people who would like to have a board who never have tried one before. Feel free to ask questions and ill see if I can answer any I see. Also a video review will be coming soon. Thanks for your time, be safe wear a helmet, and keep riding.

Exercise-smexercize.. This Board Is Great!!
The box came apart as the UPS driver was delivering it. I don't believe there was any tape holding the box closed but the board was not damaged. It came fully charged and looked great. The controller works well and seems to have a rubber bumper at the near end of it's throttle limit. Holding the throttle against this rubber stop provides a nice cruise speed and when pushed further, gives more acceleration. The controller connects very quickly, has good range (greater than 10ft) and a rubbery texture that feels nice. The board has some weight to it but if you're looking for a lightweight board, get a kick board. The battery is encased in the flexible compartment with individual metal covers for protection. There is more ground clearance with this board than with other competitive boards but does not feel too high. The flex on the board is medium and does not feel soft or flimsy (I weigh 175). The power button is lighted, displays controller connection, is easily identified without looking and has a good feel. The wheels are large, can navigate most cracks, medium hardness and feel durable. This board has nice acceleration in dual mode and quite a bit slower acceleration in single mode. Speed seems to be about the same in either mode on level ground but it takes longer to get there in single mode. I haven't experimented with distance comparisons between the two modes but I will. It's nearly silent when motoring at slow speeds but anyone around will know instantly that it's electric when you accelerate. The brakes are touchy and will throw you off the front if you stab them so be careful and plan ahead. If you're using the board in "expert" mode, coast for a bit before you hit the brakes.. Unless you can run 25mph..The board is great but my biggest concerns are the belts. They are a bit exposed and the guard around the wheel gear does not protect the belts from dragging pavement, curbs and other higher obstacles. The metal guard is getting scuffed so I'm pretty sure the belt is getting some of that. I'll be picking up extra belts for sure. The board is awesome to ride, gets great range and makes others on kick boards envious as you cruise right by and get fat... There is zero exercise happening on this board so don't get rid of the kick..It's a big board with a big battery and big motors.. Don't plan on carrying it around on your backpack and if you're taking it to the grocery store, get a basket.. Overall, it's a great board for the money and I'd definitely recommend it to others.. Now it's time to cruise some more..

UPDATE: THEY SENT ME REPLACEMENT REMOTE AND TWO FREE BELTS
Is there a chance I accidentally reset the controller software update? It is stopping very abruptly at the slighthest touch of brake now, it was fine first the charge. This happened after I held in the throttle in the down position, it was followed by red blinking light. Also the throttle doesn't go in the up position smoothly, I find myself pushing far too hard than I should have to (leaves indentation on thumb) even when pushing the hardest I can I feel like it still has some room. Maybe that is why I've only achieved 19 MPH.DECEMBER UPDATE: Seller shipped me a new remote and even two new belts even though it is out of warranty! Thank you!

Great board for your money
I bought this and expected exactly what was described. I did lots of research and this board was exactly as told. It's battery lasts around as long as described, unless lots of uphill terrain. It's fairly fast and has great trucks on it. The only hard part to get used to is the brakes, as they are touchy. Overall this board holds up to its price and then some.
