Found it a bit expensive, overall helpful to make icecreams voluminous and without ice crystals.Is a plant product not affecting health adversely.Highly recommended for making desserts and icecream-softy.

Liked the packaging. No damage. Manufacturing dt. 2020 & expiry dt. after 3 years.I bought the package of CMC& GMS for homemade icecreams.Not yet tried,as I got the package today itself.
