NOT REAL TRUFFLE OIL
I think this is a high quality product compared to many on the market. The label states “REAL BLACK/WHITE TRUFFLE OIL”. It’s actually “extra virgin olive oil and natural black/white truffle aroma”. Needless to say, it’s not actually REAL TRUFFLE oil. With that being said, both the black and white oils are not as potent or powerful as I’m accustomed to when eating truffle items. It’s not bad for the price but don’t expect a huge burst of truffle flavor.
