Hearts & Stars (Art-Baby)

Our baby absolutely loves this book and Spots and Dots (below). The high contrast imagery grabbed her attention at two weeks old, and moving the book left to right helped developer her tracking very quickly. It's fascinating to watch her eyes as they move around the pages. Some recommended companion books I also suggest: Spots and Dots (Art-Baby) Hello, Bugs! Beautiful book. Not one of my son's favorites - I almost wonder if he will prefer it when he's a bit older. (he's 4 months now) But it's a great one to have in his daily rotation.

My newborn was obsessed with this book. They find the patterns fascinating. Great for car rides or any other time that I needed her to be occupied.

Maybe I started showing this to my daughter too late, but she is 5 months old and showed interest in the book once out of about seven times reading it to her. She is an avid reader though;) and prefers her other books to this one. I would not purchase again, because she definitely finds it boring.

This was our grandson's favorite book during his first six months. He would really respond to the illustrations when it was read out loud to him. Because of his reaction to it, I purchased it as a baby gift.

The child I babysit for is 3 months old and she loves this.. She will sit and stare at the pages w a big grin.. She finds it very interesting
