The Healing Power of Faery: Working with Elementals and Nature Spirits to Soothe the Body and Soul

This is a such a wonderfully written book about the world of Fae! The author goes into how you can become a faery shaman by astrally projecting yourself into their world, and training yourself to see them at will. The wold of faery is between our world and the astral, so it is relatively easy to attain. You will definitely love this book if you have ever had an interest in meeting faeries and forming relationships with them. It is something that we did as children, but we "learned" that the faery world does not exist. In this book, we re-learn what we have lost over the years. I know that faes exist in my garden, and that they often play tricks on me. I just want to get to know them better, and I believe this book is a great guide for that.

I love this book. It is one of three favorite faerie books I own. The others are by brian froud and anna franklin. It is amazing and will keep me spellbound, I'm sure, for years to come. The author truly loves the fey. And, I do too. I have seen them and share a similar respect as she.Ms. McCoy mirrors a mature and tangible respect for the fey. She writes and leads with years, and probably even decades, of devotion and relationship with them.

I really liked McCoy's book, "A Witch's Guide to Faery Folk" and wanted to learn more about faeries. This book is great if you are interested in doing healing work and wanting to learn more about Faery.

This book covers information on faery for the beginner and those that are more familiar. If you are interested in healing others and faery, you will definitely like this book. It goes over each element and has exercises, tips to attune to each element, scents faery like, and how to work with oils and aromatherapy. I am only about halfway through, but I really love this book.

I think that this one of the best faery books I have ever read. One thing that impressed me was a questionair on should you become a fairy shamen. I awnsered no to a lot at least for this stage of my life, but it is good to know that the author is not sugar coating the subject and makeing it seem easier than it is.

The book has made me happy, and has helped me to create more, and find the beauty of nature to a greater degree. The book has taught me how to connect with the Faerys. I recommend this book to any body who wants to build a greater relationship with Faerys and truly cares for them.

This is a fascinating read for those who are new, or an old hand at working with the fae. Edain has described the work of the faery shaman in a succinct and accurate way, and those who find themselves drawn to this path, will enjoy this book immensely.

A very interesting detailed read on the realms of the fey, I have found this to be very information. A very useful title to have in your esoteric collection, great practical application/exercises to follow.
