Q: any idea how long this will keep before I need to drink it? It's still sealed in vacuum bag.

I have been drinking mine for about 3 weeks randomly. It tastes fine

Q: if its 100% hawaii then why do you say made from arabica bean should it not say hawaii bean?

There is no such thing as a "Hawaii bean." There are four primary types of coffee beans: Arabica, Robust, Liberica and Excelsa. Arabica is the most common type of coffee in North America. That’s because it actually has a sweeter, more delicate flavor and the coffee itself tends to be less acidic. Arabica beans are farmed in areas with high elevations above sea level, like Hawaii. Hualalai Estate coffee comes from the Kona region of Hawaii, known for producing some of the best coffee. And it's 100% Kona, not a blend like some lower-end products.

I would say it is medium to fine grounds. I cannot say whether or not thats good for cold brew, sorry
