Excellent, but not perfect
Very solid, scroll work and dot edges are flawless. Two caveats, it has 6 mounting holes not 8, the upper corners are missing, and the back edge that mounts to the guitar is very sharp, I suggest burnishing them by running a hard piece of steel (shaft of a screwdriver for instance) along them, which will minimize any marking of the guitar finish.

Great Telecaster Hardware
To begin with, I felt that I was taking a slight risk on purchasing this hardware for my guitar. From other reviews, I saw that others had had trouble making this hardware fit well in their telecasters, and knowing this info, I skeptically purchased this product, knowing that some modification might be in order. Upon receiving the hardware, I was impressed with its quality. It feels heavy in one’s hand, and is not cheaply made. After I had removed the existing hardware from my tele, (a kit telecaster that I built from Solo Guitars) I tested to see if the new hardware would fit immediately. As expected it did not. The three holes near the bottom of the bridge were about an inch lower than the ones the old bridge used. The new bridge did, however, fit well into the pick guard. The holes not lining up were no issue. I just made sure the new hardware was aligned, and carefully drilled three new holes. This went off without any issues. I’ll also mention that a very minimal amount of sanding was needed in the bridge pickup cavity to keep the pickup from contacting the cavity wall. With the bridge installed, I moved on to the switch/knob plate. This lined up well, and all the electrical components attached to it without any issues. All parts fit into the original holes in this case, and I just had to minimally sand the cutout in the pick guard to facilitate the new and slightly wider switch plate. After these installations, I restrung the tele with some quality strings, and made the necessary adjustments. I am VERY pleased with how the guitar sounds with this new hardware. The saddles are of good quality, and are easily adjusted. In addition to all this, the new hardware looks great. I give 5/5 stars because I was capable of making the necessary modifications, and this did not deter me from making the purchase. Anyone with any moderate tool skills and about 1 hour of time should be able to manage the installation. I have included before and after images of the guitar.

QC Issues
Found couple of the intonation/ height screws, weren't set correctly. LubricatedStuck screws, worked on some. One is still jammed unable to remove, will have to buy new set of saddles unfortunately.Found unable to contact company to get replacement.. China made.....

Good but didn't quite fit
Really like the plates but they didn't quite fit my cheap Chinese squire tele without re-drilling holes and some customization. After I customized it, it looks great

Rough looking
Bottom of plate where intonation screws are was a bit corroded. Many sharp edges and casting marks.

Looks cool but difficult to mount. Requires new holes
Had a very difficult time getting this bridge to work with standard telecaster routes.

Nice Bridge Plate
Very nice trim items, great pattern and coloring, seems well made. Not sure if I am going to use it yet since the bridge plate is much larger than the original and will require more mounting holes to be drilled.

Pretty.... but that's about it.
While these look pretty, they do not fit. In order to fit the pods or the pickup from the standard Tele, I had to mill out the openings. Additionally, you have to drill new screw holes as this does not use the standard holes. Lastly, you have to carve away some of the stock pickguard to fit the knob and switch cover. I would not recommend.
