I ordered and received this product a few days ago and ever since I received it, I have been sleeping much better. The nose vent plug is affordable, easy to use and surprisingly comfortable. I’m used to having to sleep with a huge mask that covers my nose and mouth while I sleep. The nose bent plug was a much-needed change that I have enjoyed every minute of. I would recommend this product to anyone who snores or suffers from sleep apnea. This is not just a review and recommendation coming from another satisfied customer, I also am a RN and I know firsthand the consequences that snoring and/or sleep apnea can have on a person. I received the item in a nice package and on time. Before using it at night, I tried it on for one hour just to get use to it. At first, it was kind of loose. When I went to bed, I put it on and keep shaking it left to right many times just to see if it will pop out. Apparently, it stayed in place and so I fell asleep. I would say I had a nice sleep. Normally, I kept waking up at night because of my breathing and snoring. This time, I never woke up at all until the following morning. Thank you Brison.

I really like these. I have a problem with snoring and with my nasal passages closing up at night. My wife says she hasn't noticed me snoring with these. It did take me a couple of nights to get used to them, I kept waking up with them in my hand. The only thing I say could be better is if the parts that go in the nose could be a little softer. They aren't bad, but that's one thing I think could be better

The first 2 days were amazing! I have not had such energy waking up in a very long time. I didn't think I would notice the difference, but I did. Why do I rate the comfort a 1? The glorious 2 days is all it took for me to continue wearing them and only to find them on the side of my bed every night. They easily fall off and have also irritated my nose. I guess the effect is perfect but if the design was a bit more comfortable they would remain as I sleep. If there was only a way too keep this device on my nose long enough to continue getting great sleep I would rate it a 5.

Bought for my husband. He claims it is easy to get used to. Feels like he can get a good night's sleep. Prior he was waking up tired due to possible apnea. My biggest complaint before was his insanely loud snoring. With the device, sound has cut down 75%. That means I too get better sleep.

My husband purchased this to help with his snoring. While it stopped the snoring, his breathing sounded like Darth Vader was laying next to me. I’m not sure which one is more annoying but he doesn’t use it anymore. Breathe Right strips seem to work just fine for now

I have been sleeping horribly because of my snoring. I have been trying all of the over the counter products to try to find a solution. This nose vent, unfortunately, didn’t stop my snoring. It is easy to use and is not uncomfortable even though you worry it might be. I record my sleep with a snore app. And there was no change in my snoring with this device. So disappointing because of the ease of use.

It’s certainly easy to use. Simply insert into your nostrils and lie down and get some sleep. One hint for anyone trying this out for the first time is to blow your nose and then sleep. Worth the money. It’s not uncomfortable but you certainly will have to get used to it.
