Great book of wisdom for all ages and genders. Quick but meaningful read.

I received a copy of this book when I graduated high school in 1993. I re-read it in 2024. It is still a delight. Some of the "rules" are mysteriously new to me, but I clearly internalized a lot of the wisdom in this book. Read it. There is wisdom here - some simple and practical, other places spiritual and profound.

I keep a copy of this on my coffee table, it's a great conversation starter! I bought this copy for a friend's graduation. This dad covered just about everything a young person needs to have a happy, responsible and successful life. I have it for stars because, I know this was written for his son, but I bought this for a girl, some of the suggestions are gender specific. It would be great if there was another written for girls.

I have given this book to more than 10 young people, and every one of them has a favorite "instruction" from it. Great gift for graduates, and you can just include the check inside the cover!

Bought this for a co worker that was leaving as a going away present.

My older son just graduated from high school and moved to France to attend college. This is the first time he'll be away from home for a long period, so we made him a "basic library" for him to read while abroad. Some of the books include "How to win friends and influence people" and "Influence". Books that will help him as he moves forward in life. "Life's Little Instructions Book" was included in the library and it was such a hit that I bought copies for my younger children and even a copy for my older son's girlfriend. Great book for the whole family.
