Q: Can you use regular microfiber towels with the head to clean and dust/

I suppose you could. the clamps are pretty strong (beware getting pinched!) and should grip the thinner disposable dusting cloths, however the head is wider than the standard micro fiber dusters, so use two cloths to cover the width. I would think any cloth will work, but the ones that are made for the LINKYO Microfiber have greater cleaning properties; both dry and wet.

Q: Silly question. How do you use this as a wet mop? Do you need a bucket? Or just spray the floor with (what cleaning product?)?

Not silly at all! There are many spray products, but I use water and white vinegar on my tile floor.. Leaves it clean and shiny.

Q: Are extra pads available to purchase? Or do you just buy a new mop set when the pads wear out?

Q: How can I keep the mop handle from pulling out of the base? There are no indentations to screw into on the base.

The handle probably hasn't been fully inserted into the mop base. After loosening the green knob on the mop base, you need to insert the flat end of segment "C" of the mop handle all the way into the gray part of the mop base. At first it seemed to wide, but with firm, gentle pressure it will fit in securely. Then tighten the green knob again and you should be good to go.
