Work really well when taken on a regular basis

I had surgery on my shoulder and was having a hard time relaxing during physical therapy. This really helped. The only drawback was that it made me drowsy.

Good product. High quality supplements. The only problem is that I can't take this during the day without drowsiness. But it is fine for bedtime.

I was hopeful this formula would help with two issues I have, falling and staying asleep and restless leg syndrome. I have completed the bottleby taking two pills 30 minutes before bed as the direction says. I don't feel it gives any relief for my sleeplessness, anxiety and twitching in my legs.I have tried other "Herbal" formulas in the past and got no relief either. I renewed my Rx for a sleep aide.
