I bought this as a gift for a young bride. It has good, basic recipes, something to help her grow her repertoire. The pictures are beautiful. The ring binder makes the book lay flat when in use. Top notch product.

Older, experienced cooks already know: the Taste of Home publications provide quality recipes. Certainly, they may offer more slow cooker and old-fashioned cookery methods rather than a slew of air-fried or electric hot pot ones but for me, that adds to the collection's flexibility. The recipes are easy to adapt. This brings back to me the delight of home cookery. I own an air fryer, two pressure cooker/all-in-one pots, a mini multi cooker, a waffle iron, etc. Equipment guarantees nothing whereas good recipes leave one with a sense that when you take care to record a piece of family history it's because it's good. There's such a variety of recipes, I predict that I'm going to enjoy cooking and baking all winter.

This is my favorite cookbook. The recipes are easy to follow. Many of the dishes are what I would refer to as fancy dishes but are explained well. The pictures are great and spiral bound makes keeping your place easy.

This has lots of recipes that have common ingredients. Easy to make, easy to cook and delicious to eat.
