This chest rub works great! It has a soothing scent and helps relieve coughing and congestion quickly. I used it at night and was able to sleep much better. The texture is smooth, not too greasy, and the price is very reasonable for the quality. Definitely a good alternative to more expensive brands.

I’ve used the big name version of this for years, but decided to give the Amazon Basics chest rub a try since it was a better value. It’s essentially identical in terms of texture, smell, and effectiveness. I get more product for less money, which is a win. We use it on our 7-month-old when he’s congested, and it seems to help him sleep better without any irritation or issues. The scent is soothing but not overpowering, and it rubs in easily. I also like that the container seals well and hasn’t dried out or separated over time like some off-brands tend to do. This is one of those no-brainer. If you’re used to buying the name brand, try this one, it’s the same thing for less.

Works well..quantity is much more than other brands!

Excellent mock-Vicks rub. It's not as potent as the original even though it lists the same ingredients as the original. It still works though. It's nicely whipped and good quality.

A must have during cold and flu season. We have been blessed with whatever we have, and we are applying this to our chest and under our noses. It does help.

This Amazon chest rub works just as effectively as Vicks Vapor Rub but at a lower price. It provides the same soothing relief and strong menthol scent that helps with congestion, without paying extra for the brand name. I’ve used it for colds and nighttime relief and have been very satisfied with the results. Great value for the price, and I’ll definitely keep this on hand as a more affordable alternative.

Whenever I have a tough cold or sore throat this helps immensely. I rub some on my chest, throat and on the tip of my nose and then I go to bed. The day after using this, I always feel less congested and I can breathe through my nose again. It does have a minty smell that goes away after a few minutes. For me it’s well worth it for the relief it provides.
