Great health alternative
Perfect garnola to meet my macro and fitness goals! It has so much fiber in it. Also adds good flavor and crunch. To those who are wanting this to be traditional garnola, it's not. It's a health alternative. But if you put it in yogurt with some fruit or in overnight oats, it's great!

Delicious to me
I love this stuff. A perfect crunch, low in calories, but high in fiber and protein for a granola. I put this on yogurt with fruit. When I first tasted it I thought I didn't like it, but I tried it again I had trouble NOT eating it. It's quite addicting, so I have to be careful not to overdo it. I've tried all their granola flavors except espresso now and I like them all except the vegan granola.

Update from old review "Okay. Does the job"
New review: I'm adding a star because I found a way to really enjoy it. I mixed this with a single serving vanilla yogurt and 40g of keto blueberry jam (Good Good). I got adjusted to the texture along the way. The benefit of a lacking defined flavor is you can add whatever flavor you want so I'm adding a star for its versatility.Old review: I don't care for the texture -- it's like they tried to press protein powder and pass it off as granola. If you want granola texture, this isn't it. It also seriously lacks in flavor (and I've been on keto for a few years, so no, I don't just "want sugar"). I had to mix it with another keto cinnamon cereal to actually taste any cinnamon. It's like they forgot to add the flavor. :/Maybe this is another case of "I bought it on Amazon, so I got their flavorless batch they can't get away with selling in stores" because THAT seems to be a solid trend on this website. Bought hot salsa on here I couldn't find locally (I used to get when I lived in Texas) and it wasn't hot... at all. The Blue Diamond "Bold" almonds weren't bold like they are from the store. Maybe they're trying to save money by skipping ingredients??But! With all of the flaws, for whatever reason, this stuff's low in calories and high and protein. Good for cutting if you're trying to maintain muscle mass.Ratio almond cereal does a way better job. It's what I usually eat. But the stores don't have any right now, and I'm too afraid to buy it on Amazon out of fear it'll come from some rejected, flavorless batch. :(

I love this granola!
I don't know what all the bad reviews are about to be honest. They held me back from wanting to purchase the granola, but I decided to try it out anyway. One thing people were complaining about is the size of the granola saying it's too big, which i think is a dumb complaint personally. They also said it was too hard to bite, which i also don't agree with whatsoever, maybe it was too hard in the past, but what i got was perfectly crunchy, and I loved that it never got to soggy in the milk! Also I think the sweetness level is pretty good. A lot of time when I get something sweetend with monk fruit it way too sweet, but I thought this was pretty perfect. My one and only complaint is that I do wish that every ingredient was organic, but im sure it would just cost too much to produce at that point so I understand, at least most of it is organic, which is better than most keto things I find!I also appreciate that its made without sugar alcohols!! That is soo difficult to find with keto treats.I don't find it to be overpriced either as it is such a large bag. I hope this company stays in business, and I think its absolutely worth trying it if you've never had it!

Soul-crushing, gum-crushing, teeth breaker.
So I am back on the low carb lifestyle, and I did back flips (in my mind) when I found out there was a low carb cereal! Yesss! (Granola, cereal, whatever, it was "get in my belly time.")Mind you, this is an $11.00 bag of cereal, but you just can't put a price on being able to fit into your pants again, can you?! So I went out and bought my $4 jug of UVA milk, (not good alone...no...just no...) and the SECOND the cereal arrived, ripped into it like the hulk.Soooo....you can imagine my surprise to find that this "granola" was not granola-like at all. It was in huge chunks. Like, huge. Welp, I decided this was not the end of the world. I was going to just break it up into smaller chunks, and throw it into my cereal bowl faster than you can say "Bob's your uncle."Upon breaking it up, I noticed it wasn't easily broken up...my food processor is broken, and do I really have time to grind this $11 bag of cereal up? No, shouldn't have to, don't wanna.Anyhoo, I got my cereal bowl ready with my milk in there, and couldn't wait to enjoy it.Upon first bite, I actually thought I might break a tooth. Nope, just shredded my gums a bit. So, it's not inedible, but also not what I'd call "yum." Well I waited a couple minutes to see if the milk would make it a bit softer, and that would be a big fat NO. This stuff could possibly have cement in it. Whatever it is, it's definitely not worth the money, and the company hasn't written me back about me possibly sending it back either. I don't think I've ever written a review on Amazon, but I felt compelled to on this one. Save your money, and don't break your teeth, shred your gums, or sell your soul for this low carb cereal. If I can save a set of gums, my work here is done. One can only dream that one day my LC cereal will make its appearance...until then, back to eggs I go.
