Bonus uses discovered!
Easy install in my boat. Giving it full 5 stars because of bonus use I discovered (see below). I used my own bolt/nut combo for best attachment/minimal protrusion into the side of metal walled storage bins. Tube style (vs closed bottom) = no water gathering problems. Plastic (vs metal) = no rust worries. My fishing rods project a bit out the bottom. Measured with rods in so they would sit just above the bottom of the boat rather than sitting ON the sometimes wet floor.Confirmed that slight flare at the top wouldnt get in the way of opening the carpeted wood bin lids. Check. Marked the holes with a nail (to reach through the mount holes to the surface). Quick drilling of the storage box and the rod holder mount holes (to widen them slightly to bolt diameter) and good to go. Used two singles for primary rods by the front and back seats, plus this triple in the middle to hold alternate purpose rods.Note- baitcasters and spinners both sit fine in these, but differently, so if precise placement height matters to you be sure to measure with one(s) you plan to put in them most. So far so good. Look great in the boat.BONUS- I had been having issues with water pooling in spots on my boat cover with any heavy rain which then stretched the cover, thus gathering MORE water running in from increasingly higher points and dripping into the boat because the waterproof-ness was stretched to porous. Strapped tight, but contours over troller on front and over seats and then motor in back still left sections that sagged when water weight accumulated fast enough. Looked around my garage for an easy in-out improv. Spotted some 1.5" PVC pipe and hoped...Popped them in the rod holders, perfect snug fit, and BOOM- elevated the sags in the cover. Just had heavy rain and not a drop collected. DOUBLE BONUS- It gave me another great answer for when my wife asks me "why do you keep all this stuff?" Newest answer: a free lightweight boat saving cover support (with the help of these rod holders). Can I give it a 6th star? Can't ask for more from a molded piece of plastic. Hope this helped. Happy fishing.

Save Money, Be Creative
This was just what I needed. I had been eye the Igloo Journey Fisherman’s cooler for awhile but trying to justify $200+ for something I already had two of?? Couldn’t pull the trigger so instead decided to mod one cooler with this fine pole rack and it worked beautifully! Took it for a spin last night and couldn’t be happier with the product and savings that are still in my pocket!!

Works great on my boat
Works great. Holds up to the test. I have this installed on the front of my side console on my boat. Only reason I didn't go ahead with 5 stars is the hardware it comes with isn't that great. I stripped them pretty easily. I ended up using my own screws. I would recommend drilling a pilot hole, which could have been my problem, but they did strip easier than I think they should have.

Quality materials, sturdy and stable
Once assembled this unit is very sturdy with the tubes locked into the rail holders (upper and lower). Horizontal rails are solid, not hollow like others. Nice design with openings to hang lures and a knife / pliers slot., thicker wall tubes are very stable. Highly recommended.

Easy to install
This is really good for the price by far. It is a plastic material and it comes with screws to install as well. Over all super easy to install and does the trick.

Nice rod holder.
We bought this for our son to use with his bike trailer. It works great for that. There were no instructions that came with it to put it together. It is pretty simple, but I am not sure why some of the screws were SO long. I still can't figure that out.

Just as described, recommended! Screws included!
Matched my white center console boat, no issues at all - very straightforward product with straightforward installation, screw in the 4 screws and you're good to go.
