Pipe Cleaning Shaft Spiral Pipe Cleaner 20 m Diameter 9 mm

The crank is positioned in the wrong place and is not adjustable. No instructions provided. I contacted the manufacturer for an explanation and received no reply. Having researched extensively on YouTube I've found how to make some extensive modifications that will make it work but it's going to be several hours in the workshop. I'm not impressed at all.
