Ooohhh I love these bags. They are a good size, you really can fit a lot of items into these bags. My Kindle Fire HD 10 fits in perfect, along with my phone, Kindle, keys, books for reading on long journeys . I loved them so much I bought several different colours.Perfect.

Good value for money
Looks very cute (like in the picture) and can fit quite a lot of stuff (it's not a school bag though; more like a handbag size). Also beacuse the zippers go all the way down the side of the bag, it can be opened wider than I would expect from a bag of this design.The shoulder straps are attached in a way that can be a bit impractical (photo), when you want to open the bag after you've been carrying it (you have to pull them out to the front of the bag first). They are a good security measure though. Also, if you wanted to have the straps set to a very short length, this would keep you from opening the bag comfortably (the length adjusting things won't pass through the loop).The inside of the bag is made of a very plasticky material that I'm not a big fan of.Overall I am happy with the bag, I think it's good value for the price. I look forward to carrying it with me.

Not good quality
Bought this bag for my daughter to bring on holiday. Within 24 hours the handle clasp popped off, had to take it to the shoemakers to have it repaired

Quality not adequate
I have been using the bag for over a month, nice bag but the quality is not up to standard, both the zipper and little purse on the side broke off the bag and the return window is now closed so I can't return it. Very disappointed!!
