Great DIY Dent Removal Kit - Take Your Time and Follow the Instructions
This was my first time trying to remove a dent in a nearly new vehicle. I read the instructions and watched a few videos. The dent comes out! Both dent removers (hand held and T bar) are of high quality. The glue gun heats up quite fast. The glue really sticks to your car. Make sure to use 91% or better yet 99% alcohol to remove the glue. You will be able to easily find the 99% alcohol on Amazon, quite rare in any drug store. A hair dryer can also help remove the glue. The pads are definitely reusable. Just make sure to clean them before re-using them with alcohol.Great results are possible, just make sure to take your time and fully prepare before starting. I am very happy overall with my purchase!

Great company, great product
First I had tried a cheap Harbor Freight PDR dent puller. Spent hours and the area looked worse than when I started. This kit works great and gives you lots of options for pulling and smoothing dents. The shipping is fast and the tools are quality made. Also the seller backs up the product with great support - they answered my email in less than an hour.

Good value -- but take your time!
I bought this kit to pull a dent on our truck, which had been hit in a parking lot by a hit&run driver. I hoped it could be PDR'd but the shops I went to all said it needed the full treatment; pull off trim, do bodywork and paint, yada yada. I didn't feel the damage warranted that, and there was no damage to the paint, so I bought a big suction cup at a local auto parts store and popped it out. Sorta. It was much better but it needed more. So I bought this kit. It made the repair look better still. Not perfect, but I don't blame the kit for that.Pros: Plenty of stuff to work with. Many many glue sticks, many many different plastic doodads to glue on, everything necessary to do some dent pulling -- with two exceptions, see "Cons". Also, a bit to my surprise, it pretty much works as advertised. Clean the surface, glue stuff on, use the various gizmos, and dents do indeed pull out! Plus the glue is relatively easy to clean off when finished. I had several occasions where the doodad popped off before I was finished, leaving the glue on the panel. I just glued it right back on again. Worked fine.Cons: Two items 'missing; I already own a slide hammer so I did not need one with this kit; if you don't have one I strongly recommend getting the kit that includes a slide hammer. Also there was no isopropyl alcohol. My guess is it would complicate shipping. Not a big deal but you should be aware. Also do not use the purple plastic doodads with the slide hammer because they will simply break. Finally the instructions could be a bit more thorough. All in all I'm pleased with this kit and my result. I paid a tiny fraction of what a body shop would have charged to buy the tools to do it myself, and spent a couple of hours gluing and tugging. The result is satisfactory, which is all I was after. I wouldn't use this method on an expensive or rare or classic vehicle, but for my truck it works just fine.

Works great
I tried using a suction cup to remove the dents from my car but it did not work. I started looking at amazon for better tools to remove the dents and found this all in one kit. My biggest worry was that the hot glue would pull off my paint. The glue did not however pull off any paint and it pulled out the dents with ease. I highly recommend this kit way cheaper than paying a body shop to do the same thing.

Tabs break and needs pulling a dent multiple times
Nice dent remover, but not as I expected. You need to do many times to remove a dent, even if it is small. The othe issue is the tabs break when you pull.... first use two are already broken.

Zero instruction
Please do not submit this review... since writing the information below, I found the instruction manual that my dog grabbed from the packaging ;). I will withhold judgment until I try the product. My review is based on the lack of any instructions with the product. There are some instructions in the product add added by customers, but not any specifics from the manufacturer. I am looking to make repairs on a 30k car and am not comfortable doing so without clear instructions. Even if there were a one page print out with links to specific recommended YouTube videos that would be OK with me, but not including any instructions with such an important and potentially dangerous tool (if used incorrectly) is unacceptable.

Tools are crap
I went to use this for the first time and within a couple hours the glue gun heating element went out and will no longer melt the glue stick. I’ve tried to reach out to the supplier but they have no contact info here also the glue when it did melt and adhere to the surface on this old 74 Lincoln wasn’t string enough to pull the dent. . Of course the warranty period has expired because I’ve waited several months to use it. So I guess I’m just out the money.

Good value
The puller is solid and well made. The tabs broke after around 3 pulls, but the seller sent replacement tabs that were stronger for free. I was able to get a nasty ding out.
