I love my Nature Tech Pedi. It keeps my feet in a spa like state. This is product is the best on the market!! I have bought other brands and Nature Tech blows them away. I've had mine for a year and half and I can't say enough positive comments. Just recently bought the replacement rollers an Eric was very helpful and by far one of best customer service reps I've had the pleasure of dealing with!!! Excellent product & I can't say enough positive things about the Nature Tech company. They truly cared about my experience with their product. I was blown away by their level of customer service. I had a small service issue & they addressed it promptly & were very informative! It's always nice to purchase products from a company that stands behind & believes in what they sell. The refills are easy to install. I use the pink refills with the blue unit and they work great!

These were exactly what I needed. The price was fair. They are performing just as they should. Ordering was easy and the delivery went smoothly.

These refills do not correctly fit the Laurant Personal Pedi. Will snap in place, will spin but when applying pressure you can hear gears grinding and skipping. Put original back in and it does not happen. Stick with manf brand for refills!

Well I used it for at least 2mo., then all pf a sudden it just started humming and the roller felt weird. it did not touch the feet at all. it just rolls around like its loose, but it is in the lock position. did not know what to do. so I put it away. I was the best thing II had found. I have used pedi eggs/files by other companies but was not satisfied. this was perfect. my feet were baby smooth for real. Since I have tried the orig. pedi / it was not strong enough, took it back to Walmart and purchased a Armope, it"s a little better not great like nature tech . I would like someone to let me know how I can get the roller to work, or maybe some place I can take it to be looked at. I keep my feet moisturized and wear sock even to bed. Works with the Innoo Tech Callus Removal (CR-700B). You really have to push downward (HARD) in the middle to get these grinders to snap in place and my first impression was it didn’t fit even though it looked the same as the original innoo tech grinder. Disappointed that you can't get the original Innoo grinder refills anymore (which easily fit into the groove) but obviously its a discontinued product which leaves the choice of trying a similar generic refill (and this is the only one that looks like the innoo Tech and not directly shipped from China) or buy another callus removal device which I didn't want to do
