It states in the description that it will keep cold/hot for up to 4 hours. Did not even keep my drinks/food cold for 30 minutes. I even put it in the freezer the night before (this was a replacement for my old lunch bag that you would keep in the freezer) and it did not help at all. Would not recommend purchasing if you do not have a fridge/freezer to put in after a short amount of time.
