Love this rucksack, so pretty and made of good quality material. It's a perfect size and has 3 compartments to it which is exactly what I was needing. I like that it comes with a small case which I put my make up in when I'm travelling. The colours aren't quite as bright as photo on Amazon I don't feel but nice nevertheless. Good value for money

I purchased this bag initially for the design. I wasn't aware there be a matching pencil case with it too. The bag is made to a high standard and i can fit all my files/work books i need for my part time course.The product for the price is excellent value for money. I would highly recommend this, sutiable for people of all ages, kids and adults alike.As yet, I cannot find any fault with it.I will definately be using it when I got on my next long haul travels as well.Again, I would recommend this bag for anyone for any reason.

Good value little rucksack. It's not too big and is perfect as a schoolbag for my 8-year old. Has a small fabric divider in the middle so perfect for younger children who only have a few bits and bobs to carry around. It has an additional zip pocket on the side touching your back. Front zip pocket is a bit on the small size and unfortunately does not fit a larger water bottle - not a huge issue since the inside is definitely large enough.The pencil case is nice and neat; again, on the smaller side but perfect for anyone in primary school.All in all, a really good buy and looks fabulous

The first one I bought few months ago and it was ok, then I bought a another one few weeks after and it was a little bit better made, and the first one had a zipper on the outside of the bag behind the users or person back,also at the front.And the second one that I got didn't have the zipper on the back side of the users back, but it did have something like a laptop size opening with velcro strap to secure items on the inside of bag it's all good anyways, :)

We all love this, childs' mum wanted to keep it for her maternity bag, her little brother wanted to have the pencil case and I just thought it was great. Good size might order another or two.

looked lovely but sadly was poor quality. bought for my 9 year old son to use as a school bag. He returned to school on 5th September but after a week the zip broke on his pencil case then On Tuesday 18th September the zip on the main storage section of the rucksack also broke. I did not expect to have to replace his bag and pencil case after such a short space of time.

I ordered two of these. One had marks / misprint so sent it back. The other had a couple of black marks but overall was ok so kept it. The bag we kept was a good price for the quality of it and my son loves it. I would say quality of this is in the middle. It’s not cheap quality and it’s not the best there is. But for the price it’s a great buy!

Bought for myself to carry my belongings to work on a daily basis. The bag looks great and I was surprised at the quality being so good as previously I have had a bad experience receiving a very similar but sub standard bag in the past (please note the sub standard bag was from a different manufacturer). It has plenty of space with a variety of handy compartments and the zips all seem strong and long lasting. Highly recommended.
