Will this work with the new tab s6?

It says S5e because that was the only one it worked with when it came out, but it works perfectly with my S6, and in fact Samsung uses this dock in the advertisement for the S6, and they recommend this dock when you buy the S6 on Samsung.com

Is the dock capable of fast charging? I only get the normal charging message when I use it.

It is a fairly dumb peripheral and there are only 4 pins (Maybe an old style USB gone pogo?) so I don't see it changing to anything over 5v, however it might be able to go over 1A - does anyone have a usb power meter they can try to see the maximum current? It should be near either 1A or 1.5A which should be enough to charge slowly if you aren't running the GPS chip while gaming, faster with the screen off.

Will it charge with a case on it?

No, you have to take the case out and then docket it. It is awesome and very nice to have it charging while working or just looking at pictures or movies
