ACMEStudios Crayon - Pink Retractable Roller Ball Pen by Adrian Olabuenaga (PACME3PKRR)

I loved the concept. Working at a toy company I could not wait to add this to my collection of fun work accessories. I did not like how heavy the pen was. I will not write with this regularly. I was slightly disappointed but it was cute and I loved that it was refillable and would have given 5 stars if it weren't so heavy and uncomfortable to write with.

I bought this pen as a gift for someone who loves kitsch but also appreciates quality, and this Acme Crayon Rollerball fit the bill perfectly. I was skeptical at paying $35 for a giant crayon pen, but it's quite lovely in person, much more so than the pictures show. The materials are top notch, the twisting motion is silky smooth, and the rollerball writes wonderfully. The box is compact, simple, elegant and giftable, exactly what I hoped for at this price point. I have also owned an Acme keyring in the past, and the quality has been consistently high.

I love this cute pen. Sadly mine stopped working within one week. Will need to order a refill.
