Can this change from right hand to left hand?

Yes it can be mounted on either side of the cajon.

Is there enough Velcro to use with 2 different cajons?

The heck stick I got had two strips of velcro. They can be used on only one cajon. But if you can find two extra strips in the market, you can use this with two cajons without hassle. You may request the seller to send you an extra pair, though I can't say that the seller will oblige.

Does velcro hold this thing even with agressive playing? Im skeptical.

I have a slightly different model but, that model larger and similar and yes, the Velcro holds it in place. On mine there are 2 strips of Velcro the full length of the unit. If you don't think there is enough or you experience problems, you could probably add more or stronger Velcro.
