I genuinely was so pleased with this Goats rue product. I have tried other supplements and have not seen any results, so I was super skeptical. I have now been using this product for a month and have seen positive results. The capsules do not have any distinct odor or taste which makes them easy to take. They are not too large either, so I do not have trouble swallowing them. I have not had any displeasing side effects regarding GI upset, as well. I selected this product based on the other reviews I saw. There were plenty of reviews stating that other consumers had an increase in their breast milk output. Thankfully, it worked the same way for me, too. I have seen an increase in average of one to two ounces per pump. I have been able to start a stash for backup in case my supply drops in the future. I hope to breast feed my baby throughout the first two years of her life, so I am very grateful that I have found a product that has increased my milk output.

Prior to taking the supplement Goats rue my supply had plummeted only getting 1-2 oz a day. During the last 15 days I have been able to triple my output while pumping! I am taking two pills three times daily with a meal. The pill is not very big and does not have an awful taste. They are easy to take and worth the price! This is my last breast feeding journey so I really want to make the year without having to supplement with formula. I am hoping that with Goats rue it will help me get my supply back up to where It needs to be in order to do the four feedings a day. So if you are struggling with your supply and need to find ways to help your supple I highly recommend goats rue at least three times a day. I am going to begin using it 4 times daily and seeing if that will help even more.

This helped with my milk supply in the early months. However I stopped taking them because it made my baby gassy. I don't know but once I stopped taking it my baby's issues cleared. I even tried it again and the same thing happened. So I just gave up on it.
