Safety 1st 360 Degree Cool Mist Ultrasonic Humidifier, Seafoam

The humidifier was very easy to set up and works well!! Not the quietest, but also not loud enough to keep a sleeping baby awake! Humidified mist feels cool when expelled and definitely helped with the dryness in our apartment

I first had the Frida baby humidifier from my baby registry. It worked very spotty and got mold almost instantly upon using. This one however has been super reliable and works amazing. It’s also super easy to clean and maintain.Update: it’s now November and still works perfectly. I clean weekly with hot water and vinegar and keeps it nice and clean. It’s also very quiet which is perfect because we stopped using a sound machine for my baby. Devin recommend!

This is an excellent product ! We purchased this and liked it so much we bought another. Very easy to use, the adjustment for direction and volume of mist is extremely easy and straight forward to use. Cleaning is also simple, we use white vinegar and water and one small bottle brush and one larger around 3/4 dia.Fill with around 2 liters of water and a 1/4 cup white vinegar use the 2 brushes as best you can the let the solution sit for an hour and rinse very well then just dry off the outside. Stay diligent with cleaning. I clean these twice a week. As for the fill cap on the bottom of the tank where you fill and drain the tank be carfull it only has to be finger tight no tools needed. Waiting for our old model to fail ( not a Safty First unit) and at that time it will be replaced with another one of these. This has helped us immensely with winter time dry skin and itch and static electricity zaps and your sinuses emprove also. These are turned on in November and off in April

The humidifier work great. I love the two spouts. But it went through the entire container of water in less than one night.

I love this humidifier so much I've bought 3 of them. We used to go through a different humidifier every year or two because we'd pull the one from the winter before out only to find that the filters it needed were no longer available locally and we really couldn't wait around to try to find them online and hope they were the right ones, or maybe I'd find out that I forgotten to throw the filter away before storing and that part of the machine just seemed yucky. One of my coworkers had a "Crane" humidifier in her office and it seemed to work wonderfully but then I saw the price tag and decided that wasn't for me. I searched and found this alternative and it's great. Nice steady output, auto-shutoff if it runs out of water, options to direct the flow in two different directions if desired. There are only four parts to it, the base, the tank, the part that you screw off and on the tank to be able to fill it with water, and a little plastic piece that sits on the top to direct the mist. I have 2 at home and one at the office. I fill them up once a day and once every week or so I take an hour out, pour a little vinegar in/on the pieces and let them soak a bit to kill any germs, then wipe them down and fill them back up. They've had constant use, some for 2 seasons (and through a few times of me forgetting to fill them and sitting empty a while) and I've never had any problems. I see these lasting a long time and may eventually buy more if we move to a bigger home.

I have now bought 5 of these. My baby was a preemie and a humidifier was recommended by her doctor. This gem is perfect and we run it in her nursery on low 24/7. I fill it daily and clean it with hot water and vinegar once a week (sometimes twice). I found soaking the tank and top the best method then hot water scrub&rinse. Whole thing is about 10min process. *The only negative it the tank valve has to line up properly so that it doesn't break, it screws gently into place and I don't seal it tight just to be careful. The parts of this are sort of 'brittle' plastic so you have to be careful. Super quiet when it runs ! It was such a good help when she had RSV, we gave them to all her cousins for Christmas. Now I'm replacing the humidifier in our room which sounds like a train compared to this one. Definitely not just for babies!

This little humidifier is amazing! So easy to fill and turn on. I've had a bad cough so I put it on my night table next to my bed. It started working instantly and my cough has improved after only a few days. The price is right too.

Updated: see my previous review below.I now have had this unit for several months. Continual mold problems in the unit and the water container. I have tried bleach, alcohol, and dishwasher soap to remove it. I can get the base pretty clean, but there's no way to access the inside of the water container to brush or rub away the mold. I quit using it and I think it was a waste of money.Previously:I use this in my bedroom at night, the bedroom is about 600 sq ft, and in the morning it was like there was a fog in the air in the morning when I gave the knob about a quarter turn from the off position. I now use it on the lowest setting and it doesn't have the fog issue. But it still goes thru water quickly. I have to fill it about every third day. Filling it is pretty straightforward, but a little messy. Whenever I take it apart to fill it water drips on me or the floor every time. Not a lot, just enough to be irritating.

I’ve had this product for around 6 months now and I’m happy to say that it’s still working great! I use it to keep my houseplants happy as I live in a dry climate. I keep it on the top shelf of a bookshelf and I find that it does a great job of dispersing throughout the room (about 120 sq feet)The only issue I have with this product is it almost works too well. I only ever have it on the very lowest setting and it still puts out a ton of mist. I’ve seen some reviews saying that it seems to leak, and I’m guessing that it’s actually just the excess mist settling around the humidifier. I wouldn’t recommend using this humidifier close to carpet because I think that all the moisture would cause the carpet to grow mildew over time.But yeah, I love this humidifier and would definitely recommend it to a friend/repurchase.
