About three years ago I replaced my much more expensive brand name rotary shaver with this model. I have just replaced it with a new one, not because I needed to but because I wanted to. I was very surprised at how well this has functioned, and would highly recommend it for the price. After nearly 3 years of every day use and all kinds of conditions, wet, dry, home, camping and traveling I am still thrilled with its performance. It provides a close, clean shave. The fact that it’s waterproof makes cleaning it a snap. Occasionally I do use a wet shave with it and it works great. It’s fully charged in an hour or so and the charge lasts very well. I very much like the digital display that tells you how many minutes there are left in the current charge. A tough well-built shaver at an extremely reasonable price.

I've had a string of cheap electric razors in the past. All were painful to use, and failed to provide any sort of close shave.This razor completely solves both problems.Battery life is average, and the shiny exterior is a fingerprint magnet. Cleaning the inside of the heads can be a little time-intensive, but all together these are minor quibbles.If I had one main piece of advice for the makers, it would be to use a matte or brushed type exterior on future versions.This razor provides a close shave, while remaining completely comfortable, even when cutting through several days of stubble, a scenario that was previously extremely painful when using cheaper products.The time-remaining display, with a handy indicator reminding you to clean the head, combined with USB charging, makes this a very convenient choice as well. When you throw in the solid accessory package (a nice cleaning brush, excellent head-cap, and a good quality travel bag) this is a really good buy.

For decades I've been buying name brand electric razors. Always triple-head. My last name brand shaver all of a sudden quit shaving close. Well, I went on eBay and bought an older version which I owned, and it tore up my face. So, I started looking for shavers on Amazon. I was amazed at the variety of quality shavers under $50.Well, I came upon this one and ordered it. To Alaska-- it took five days to get here. Excellent service. My shaver is a chrome finish and it looks like something out of Star Trek. Upon charging the shaver I gave it the beard test. I was amazed at how close the shaver cut my whiskers! It's so quiet and it feels like I'm rubbing my face with my hands-- it's so gentle when shaving.The display is great. It shows you how many minutes the shaver has left before it needs recharging. I've shaved all week and it's only just dropped to 50 minutes. On recharge, it charges up very quickly. The charging cable is proprietary-- it doesn't have a standard USB plug. It uses a round shaver type plug. But that isn't a reason to worry. It charges just fine. My only complaint would be that they could have included the wall charger. But I work in IT so I have plenty of them around.The replacement heads are listed both in the description above, and sometimes, Amazon will "suggest" below the product, a bundle deal. Amazon suggested the replacement blades, which were only $7.99 (compared to $19.99 for name brand replacements) so I bought the bundle. This is a super piece of equipment. Believe me, I'm a very picky consumer. I want maximum return on my dollar. The shaver looks good, shaves close with no burn, and charges quickly. By the way, it feels very nice in your hands too. I highly recommend this shaver. I can't believe they can make such a quality product at such an attractive price point. Get one-- you'll be glad you did!

Worked well on the first try, but I didn't notice the fine print that it doesn't include a USB charger. It comes with the USB cable but nothing to plug it into. The description says you can plug it into your laptop! Great, but who keeps their laptop in their bathroom? Thankfully I had another USB charger from the razor this one replaced.

Great electric shaver even at twice the price! Quick charge, lithium battery, great shave. The only ding I'll give it is that you will be trimming your mustaches by feel alone as the cutter is hidden behind the rotating blades holder. You will be OK with visibility trimming sideburns.Packaging is quite classy - nicely fitted box and interior packaging with attractively designed and executed artwork , manual and warranty card printed in actually readable English, correct accessories (pouch, brush, USB cable and protective clear plastic blades cover),So, how do they pull this off at a sales price of $20? Only answer I can come up with is good old Chinese Commie magical ownership of the means of production with the heavy use of slave labor to put it together. Bottom line, put any sense of ethics behind you and go buy it. Great shaver for $20. Sure you'll have to forfeit a little bit of your soul for complicity with supporting Chinese Commie slavery, but ... it's only $20 for a great shaver! And, let's be honest, it isn't as though this little bit of human exploitation isn't the only little bit of human exploitation facilitated within this venue.Did I mention it's only $20.

At first my husband loved this razor. It got a close shave, easy to clean, easy to see how much time left on battery, looked nice and a few other positives..... however, after about 2 months of regular use he stopped using it. It started making a loud sound when it was turned on to the point that I came in from another room to see what the heck he was doing. Then, since he gets ready for his day at around 4am the sound started waking up our toddler who co sleeps in our room. Now, it’s not insanely loud but it’s about 75% louder than it was a month ago when it was new. Also, he said it no longer gave him a good shave. Budget was a big concern for us but this ended up being a waste of money. It’s great at first but sizzles into junk quickly :(

I've used this razor a few times a month since I bought it and have been happy with the shave. I don't shave everyday and I can confidently use this to remove a few days growth with a few passes. I've also used this razor to shave my head from roughly 1/4" to skin in little time beyond three to four thorough cleanings while shaving. I've shaved my face and head both in one sitting with as little as 8 minutes charge remaining, and without completely draining the battery. Like most razers, it just needs proper care and a little patience while in use. would buy again as a gift.

I was looking for a shaver since my 20 year old shaver is needing a replacement.  I don't have any fancy shavers to compare to, but these ones fit my needs.  I don't usually keep a beard and just regular daily shaving.  This shaver is quiet and runs smooth around my face.   I never had 3 rotary heads in my old shaver,  so this is a plus and gives a close shave.   There is a nice indicator that tells how many minutes are left which is a plus, easy to tell how much power's left.     The charging cable does heat up a bit during charging, I am not sure if it's normal or not, but it charges.  The shaver is charged by USB, which is convenient as compared to my old shaver which uses a regular plug.  The only minor thing i didn't like is the USB cable still using its own dedicated head, instead of like a microusb port.  So if you lose the cable, you will need to find another cable somewhere. Overall I am happy with the shaver and the close shaves.

Best electric shaver that I've ever owned. It's remarkable how well it shaves (dry as well as wet or with a bit of shaving cream) and it also has extremely long battery life.The pop-up trimmer is a nice bonus, although its positioning can make it awkward to use.I purchased the shaver in June but noticed in August that it did not seem to be recharging. What was truly impressive to me was that I emailed support and received a reply about 2 hours later. After exchanging a few emails that same evening, they advised me that they would be sending me a replacement shaver. Less than 4 days later, it arrived and works as well as the original - however what I discovered was that the problem hadn't actually been with the shaver, but rather with the provided charging "block" which the USB cable connects to that plugs into the wall/electrical outlet.While every product is susceptible to problems, the distinction is in how companies step up (or fail to do so). I honestly can't recall any other recent example that comes close to the level of service and support that they demonstrated and combined with how well the shaver actually works - it's a no-brainer.

Purchased in December 2020 and now its May 2021 and it won't charge. Its only been 6 months...that is disappointing! It was working amazing for the last 6 months though...so there's that...

This is my first electric razor. I’m not sure if it’s me (or the razer itself) but there is a lot of pain on certain section of my beard when I pass through. Other then that, it washes easily and the battery is phenomenal.
