I love the lightness of the batter and it is seasoned just right! You don’t need to add any additional seasoning to the mix. We use it often for cookouts and gatherings.

It goes great on anything such as fish, chicken or pork just as advertised it actually sticks to what is being cooked like it should which many brands do not, or require much more mix. I can highly recommend this to anyone it is the best of its kind on the market!

Taste wonderful very different from frying powders.

Taste can’t be beat! The overinflated price is utterly ridiculous and can be ! Years ago when I first sampled the seasoning it was a new item at Restaurant Depot. The price then was ALMOST- 6 dollars! It was delicious then &it remains the same! Fast forward to now- as a part time caterer- I know that prices have gone up on EVERYTHING!! BUT THIS IS RIDICULOUS! Thankfully I’ve found some other cost effective quality products-( 2nd choice).that still makes me happy! I will check back from time to time to see if the prices - adjust, if NOT- please know that I love your products & we had a great run while it lasted! Btw- That spicy recipe can’t be touched!! So please DONT!!

My family loves it

I liked that I could deep fry it. I also used it on my Treager with chicken. Put it on a cookie sheet with a bit of oil. Worked great
