During the 1 year the glass took some mild bangs and still going great! Clear glass and beautiful design. Didn’t break on sudden heat changes. I’ve have took it directly from the freezer and poured boiling hot water immediately too. It never cracked or broke! Simply superb and I’m extremely happy that I made the right choice!

The product doesnot have a good finish. It is not even polished properly and not even. smooth.

Its quite gud to use...for green tea. Glass is hard n thick.gud to see quality.i used it...now its broken.after 5 months of use.

excellent glass composition...value for money and a sense of luxury...perfect for clear drinks like black espresso or green teas.

This is to bring into your notice that we have started using this product and disappointed with its quality .It is not heat resistant product.As soon as we used it for hot tea it got crackeked,I am sure you will take action and will call back for refund.ThanksNagpal9168848832

It's very fragile though it look good. Not recommended for regular use.

Initially thought if grt product. Simple look. But within nearly 2 months when I prepared tea and poured hot tea in the cup, the lower portion just crashed away.. poor product.
