I am a fan of drinking vinegar and I love spicey things. The idea of the favor of this and how I feel vinegar & spices benefit my health I was interested to try this. I also drink turmeric with black pepper and adding all together in a convenient item is great. It comes in different packaging, but for me to try this and be able to take with me to work I was excited about the individual pouches. They do have bottles where you can have a larger quantity and save on packaging.You drink it directly from the pouch. You do not need to add it to water but could. It is a small 1oz shot and easy to fit into a routine.If you are not used to drinking vinegar then it will be a shock to you...it is vinegar.There are different varieties. There is with and without honey. I got both to try but i prefer not to add honey or sugars to my diet so I will be buying the honey free version again.I am excited to have discovered this.

I bought these for lunch boxes when we need that extra boost.. I like the taste.. these are easy packable and convenient. I highly recommend having them on hand

I packed enough to use one of these each night I was on vacation. It allowed me to have my nightly ACV shot without having to buy or carry a heavy bottle. The hot pepper and ginger has a bite, but it’s a good one.

One of the packets was leaking inside the box when I received it (shipping box not damaged), which is poor manufacturing of the packets. The leak damaged all the packets inside. Be cautious when putting these packets in luggage or your pocket, particularly with the honey version. It's very sticky in addition to smells because of the vinegar.

My daughter is a teacher and her immune system is low. Hoping these will help. We have always made this from scratch but she lives in a different state now. This was a perfect gift for her and she said the flavor was way better than ours!!

I like having this available in individual packets when I travel. I miss taking it when I'm on business trips because bottles are inconvenient. However, the extra packaging brings extra cost, so I would only use these when you need to have it on the run and then buy the bottles for home.
