The hose is collapsed in the box @ appx. 9.5". Since its aluminum, you will be able to pull it out to the full length.

Q: Is this the tube from the bottom of the breather to the exhaust manifold. As on the 94 Chevy Silverado, 350?

Yes, it is a heat resistant accordion type hose that brings heated air from the exhaust manifold into the air cleaner. It is approximately 2" in diameter. I used it on a 1981 bronco.
